Install ubuntu on VirtualBox

Download and install Oracle VirtualBox

Installation is quite easy :)

Install Ubuntu on VB

Download image ubuntu.iso https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop

Create a new virtual machine

Choose RAM i choose 2GB to better works

Create virtual hard disk

VDI

I prefer to create hard disk with fixed size to faster use in the feature

To learn linux, 10GB space is enough

Wait to create hard drive

Start your virtual machine

Select ubuntu.iso which was downloaded from ubuntu website

Installation starts

Choose language and press Install Ubuntu

Choose keyboard language

Just normal installation with updates

Our disk is empty so erase disk and install Ubuntu

Don't be afraid :) Just continue

Choose your localization

Create your computer and user profile

Installation is running

Near finish, just restart.

We don't need to remove installation medium, just press Enter

You can log in now

Welcome to Ubuntu

Full screen Virtual Machine

Open Insert Guest Additions CD image from Devices

Just press Run

You need write your password

Wait and just click any key

After restart your virtual machine Ubuntu you can open it on full screen

Full screen -> Right ctrl + F
